The URL is comprised of several parts, the domain name on this site is interview4.com, the subdomain is ecommerce. When you sign up with Interview4, we ask you to create a custom subdomain so your candidates can go to your branded site directly instead of coming to our default Interview4 site. Usually you will use your company name to create your new URL. For example, if the ACME company signed up with Interview4, they would probably use acme for the subdomain, which would mean their candidateswould visit acme.interview4.com to complete video interviews. It is important to note that you cannot use and spaces or special characters in the domain name.
When you sign up for a Silver or Gold account you will be required to provide a credit card and payment details. This will initiate your Free Trial. Your credit card will not be charged until the 7-day Free Trial is up. You may cancel at any time during the Free Trial period and your card will not be charged.
